2. HEALTH & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Our postpartum and recovery products are intended for convenience, comfort, self-care, and personal use.

Third-party products included in our bags, boxes, or kits remain subject to the manufacturer's own instructions, warnings, warranties, and recommendations.

4. PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS

Some Next Chapter Essentials products are curated and contain multiple individual items.

If a particular item, brand, color, scent, or product variation becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a comparable product of similar purpose and equal or greater value whenever reasonably necessary to fulfill an order.

Substitutions will not materially change the overall purpose of the package purchased.

For personalized or specially requested items, we will make reasonable efforts to honor the customer's selections.

5. ORDERS

By placing an order, you represent that:

You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
You have reviewed your order before submitting payment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the appropriate amount will be refunded when required.

The price displayed at checkout at the time an order is completed will generally control, except in cases of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Applicable taxes, shipping fees, delivery fees, customization charges, or other costs will be displayed when applicable.

7. PROMOTIONAL CODES & DISCOUNTS

Discounts and promotional codes:

Must be used before their stated expiration date.
Cannot be redeemed for cash.
Cannot generally be combined unless otherwise stated.
Cannot be applied retroactively to an order that has already been completed.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue promotions at any time, subject to applicable law.

8. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, sizes, colors, personalization information, shipping information, and other selections before submitting an order.

Next Chapter Essentials LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Once preparation or customization of a custom order has begun, changes may not be possible.

Custom, personalized, specially assembled, or made-to-order products are considered final sale except where otherwise required by law.

9. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the personal-care, hygiene, postpartum, recovery, intimate, customized, and curated nature of many of our products, Next Chapter Essentials LLC does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds once an eligible order has been fulfilled, except where required by applicable law.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our No Refund Policy.

A change of mind, ordering the incorrect size, personal preference, failure to use an item, or deciding that an item is no longer needed does not qualify for a refund.

10. DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Although we do not accept general returns or refunds, we want customers to receive the products they ordered.

If your package arrives with an item that is damaged, missing, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

Clear photographs of the shipping box or packaging when applicable

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances, which may include replacement of the affected item or another remedy when appropriate or legally required.

Normal variations in packaging, color, supplier branding, or approved product substitutions are not considered defects.

11. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Shipping and delivery dates shown on our website or provided by a carrier are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control, including:

Holidays
Incorrect addresses
Transportation interruptions

We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the timeframe communicated to the customer and will comply with applicable laws concerning shipping delays, cancellations, and refunds.

Next Chapter Essentials LLC is not responsible for delivery delays resulting solely from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

12. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors when appropriate, and contact the shipping carrier.

Please contact us if additional documentation is required for a carrier investigation.

We will reasonably assist with eligible shipping claims, but we cannot guarantee replacement of packages confirmed by the carrier as properly delivered unless required by applicable law or covered by applicable shipping protection.

13. ALLERGIES, SENSITIVITIES & PRODUCT INGREDIENTS

Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients, materials, fabrics, fragrances, and manufacturer warnings before use.

If you or the intended recipient has allergies, skin sensitivities, fragrance sensitivities, or other medical concerns, please carefully review applicable product information before purchasing or using an item.

Next Chapter Essentials LLC cannot guarantee that products are free from particular allergens unless specifically stated.

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, photograph, video, tag, or other content directly to Next Chapter Essentials LLC for promotional use, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.

We will not intentionally represent your statements in a materially misleading manner.

Separate agreements with influencers, content creators, or promotional partners may contain additional terms.
